Hello readers,
February was
our relaunch. March is our momentum. With our
rebuilt digital foundation in place, we return this month sharper, faster, and
more focused. This edition is built around one central question every
enterprise AI team is grappling with right now:
Not "do we have AI?" -
but "how do we make it work at scale, with trust, with measurable
outcomes?"
From agentic
systems moving into production, to the new metrics enterprises are using to
evaluate AI, to the intelligence layer being built beneath every supply chain -
this month's content is about execution. Not experimentation.
Let's

Built for Enterprise. Ready for Scale.
|
|
|
|
This month, our focus was on expanding automation capabilities, strengthening enterprise security and configuration management, improving system performance, and preparing the platform for production readiness. We introduced major enhancements in agent creation, knowledge management, infrastructure, Secret manager, Prompt related enhancements and UI standardization to make PromptX more scalable, secure, and enterprise ready. Below are the key updates for March:
1. Super-Agent Platform Enhancements: - The interface is automatically generated based on the agent configuration.
Benefit: Simplifies agent creation and enables scalable automation across enterprise workflows.
2. Organisation Configuration:
- Introduced organization-level configuration capability for enhanced organisation control on user experience
- Administrators can dynamically update configuration fields, manage model selection, and maintain clear model naming conventions.
- Enhanced user access control and SSO configuration handling.
Benefit: Provides better governance, access control, and model management for enterprise environments.
3. Prompt Editing & Response Experience Improvements:
Benefit: Improves productivity and enables faster prompt iteration and response refinement.
4. Knowledge Stack & File Upload Enhancements: Benefit: Strengthens knowledge management capabilities and improves performance for enterprise-scale data volumes.
5. Secret Manager & External Tool Integration Enhancements:
Strengthened secure management of models, data sources, connections, and external integrations such as PostgreSQL.
Benefit: Improves enterprise security and ensures safe integration with external systems.

Smarter Detection. Cleaner Data. Deeper Control.
|
|
|
|
1. Prompt-Based Issue Identification:
Structured
prompts and AI models now automatically detect anomalies, errors, and
inconsistencies in incoming data, enabling faster root-cause identification
without manual monitoring. Domain-specific prompt tuning improves detection
accuracy over time.
- Automatically flags anomalies,
format errors, and data inconsistencies at ingestion
- Reduces manual monitoring effort
and accelerates root-cause identification
- Tunable with domain-specific
prompts to improve precision over time
2. Prompt-Based Cleaning Agent:
An intelligent
prompt-driven agent that cleans, normalises, and validates data before
processing, handling missing values, incorrect formats, and duplicate entries
dynamically to improve data quality and reduce downstream errors.
- Dynamically handles missing
values, format mismatches, and duplicate entries
- Ensures higher data quality before
it reaches downstream processing pipelines
- Reduces manual data prep effort
and lowers the risk of processing errors at scale
3. Statistical Dashboard for Admins:
A centralised
admin dashboard providing real-time visibility into key metrics, system
performance, and operational health, giving teams the intelligence to act fast
and make informed decisions.
- Visualises data flow, error rates,
trends, and user activity in real time
- Centralised view supports quick
identification of operational issues before they escalate
- Enables data-driven
decision-making across admin and operations teams
4. New Data Processing Framework – Alembic:
MatchX adopts
Alembic as its new standard for database schema management, bringing version
control, seamless migrations, and rollback capabilities to the data processing
layer.
- Version-controlled schema
management with full rollback capability across environments
- Ensures schema consistency across
development, staging, and production environments
- Improves long-term maintainability
and reduces deployment risk significantly

This month's
content clusters around two central forces shaping enterprise AI in 2026: the
move from experimentation to production-grade agentic systems, and the new
operational layer - metrics, observability, data quality - that makes those
systems trustworthy at scale.
